About Us

Gaelstorm™ was founded in 2004 and is dedicated to developing solutions which measure the bottom line return on investment in training and human capital development. The founders bring over thirty years of experience developing cutting edge enterprise software systems.

The success of our initial product range is due to the innovative and easy to use approach which was endorsed by the industry when in December 2005 Gaelstorm was awarded the “Up and Coming ICT Business of the Year” by the Information Technology Association of Galway.

More recently Gaelstorm™ has attracted the attention of the Impact Measurement Centre in the person of Gerry Doyle. Gerry has received widespread acclaim for his successful promotion of the concept in Ireland and this year was invited by the ASTD (American Society of Training and Development) to form part of an international ROI Advisory Committee.

This has led to Gaelstorm’s research and development programme receiving the ultimate endorsement of Dr Jack Phillips of the ROI Institute™. Jack is acting as an advisor to the Gaelstorm Board to ensure accuracy of approach and absolute alignment with his ROI Methodology™. Dr. Jack Phillips has received the award for “Distinguished Contribution to Workplace Learning and Performance” from the ASTD for his work over the past twenty years.  Jack published his first book on the subject in 1983 and since then his many titles have been translated into 28 languages in 44 countries.
